General Information
How do you take payment?
Payment is preferred on completion, this can be by cash, card payment or bank transfer. Invoices can be supplied.
What services do you offer?
Providing a full range of mobile vehicle care and paint refinishing services across Suffolk — from professional valeting and detailing to SMART repairs, alloy wheel refurbishments and uPVC window and door spraying. I deliver high‑quality results at your home or workplace, helping you protect, restore and refresh your vehicle or property with a reliable, friendly service.
How far will you travel?
I’m happy to travel within Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. There may be travel costs included in the price of the job, I will advise this at the point of booking.
Do you drive my vehicle?
No — I ask you to position your vehicle safely so I can work around it without any issues. I won’t drive or move your vehicle at any point. I do, however, need to keep the keys during the job to prevent the car from locking itself and to access all areas as needed.
Are you insured?
Yes – I have public liability insurance.
Valeting & Detailing
What is Detailing?
Detailing is a thorough, technical clean that goes far beyond removing surface dirt. It aims to restore your vehicle to near‑perfect condition inside and out, using specialist tools, techniques and products that deliver results a quick car wash simply can’t achieve.
Are the products you use safe on my car?
All products are carefully picked and any new products I use are tested on my own vehicles to ensure they work in the way I expect and that they don’t effect paintwork, trims, glass etc.
How long will a valet or detail take?
For a Bronze valet it would take between 2-3hours, for Silver or Gold valets it could take 5+ hours, depending on size and condition of the vehicle.
Detailing services – Platinum and Diamond – would take between 1-2 days.
What is the difference between a valet and a detail?
Valeting and detailing are often mixed up, but they’re very different services — and they work brilliantly together. Valeting focuses on thorough cleaning and maintenance, while detailing goes much deeper, correcting paint defects, restoring surfaces and delivering an intensive interior clean for a truly transformed finish.
Do you bring your own water and power?
I operate in a way that keeps costs as low as possible. All I need is access to a single plug socket (for my 50m extension lead) and an outside water point (for my 30m hose). If you live in a flat or don’t have access to an outdoor tap, I can bring enough water to wash one vehicle — this just needs to be arranged in advance.
How do I book in my vehicle?
You can book your vehicle by calling, emailing, texting or sending a WhatsApp message. I also take bookings through Facebook and Instagram, so feel free to reach out on whichever platform suits you best.
Do you offer maintenance valets?
Yes, absolutely. Regular maintenance valets are the best way to keep your vehicle clean, protected and in great condition, helping you stay on top of both cleanliness and any minor defects that may develop over time. I also offer a loyalty scheme and ongoing maintenance packages. Please get in touch for more details.
SMART & Alloy Wheel Repairs
How long does it take?
A SMART repair to bodywork or wheels would take anywhere between 4 hours and a full day. This can be carried out at your home or workplace.
Is it cheaper than a bodyshop?
Yes — a SMART repair is often significantly cheaper than a traditional bodyshop repair.
Because the work is localised and carried out mobile, SMART repairs avoid many of the overheads that bodyshops have. In many cases, the cost can even be lower than your insurance excess, making it a more cost‑effective option for minor damage.
Can my kerbed alloys be repaired?
Yes — most minor kerbed or scuffed alloys can be repaired.
A full set can usually be completed in a day at your home or workplace. However, wheels that are cracked, bent or heavily corroded will require a specialist repair.
Can you do anything with my discoloured headlight?
Yes – most modern headlights can be polished to restore clarity using specialist techniques and products.
The plastic trim on my bumper is broken, can you do anything to make it right?
Yes — in many cases, damaged plastic trims can be repaired or replaced without needing a whole new panel.
I would need to see the damage first to confirm whether a repair is possible. If it can’t be repaired safely or to a high standard, I can source a replacement trim and fit it for you.
